Applications
HHBB type electric chain hoist is a kind of new lifting equipment, it has widely used in mining and manufacturing enterprises, stores and warehouses, medicine and health services and catering trade. It can be fixed on a steel beam, curved track and fixed point for carrying anything heavy. It can be install on cantilever crane guide for carrying work piece and machine tools. It also can combine with trolley. It is a kind of new product which improves work condition and efficiency.
Feature
1. Motor
- It is featured with 30-min work rating and class F insulation.
2. Forging steel structure
- It is up to the Japanese Industrial Standard BB 8815-1997 IV and V class.
3. Double brake system -Electromagnetic brake and mechanical brake
- Electromagnetic brake system,which is a new braking system,use the non-asbestos brake linings to extend maintenance interval greatly. It is tested more than 22,500 times without adjustments.
Advantage:Two sets of complete and mutually independent brake system not only increase the security, but also help to heat dissipation.
4. Chain wheel
- It is made up of alloy steel and dealt with heat treatment. It has passed 29,200 times wear test.
5. Chain
- The surface of chain is dealt with case carburization. It contains Si Ni Mo. The inside material is softened.
Advantage: It is resistant to corrosion and it stands wear and tear when used in the rain water,sea water,the chemical and other bad conditions.
6. Screw gear
- It is made up of alloy steel and dealt with heat treatment.
Advantage: It can reduce the impact of gear occlusion and extend its life.
7. Gear box
- MODE electric chain hoist applies Oil-bath lubrication type gearbox to it.
- Advantage: The oil bath lubricates the gears continuously and also acts as a coolant for the mechanical brake.
8. Overload limit protector
- It can protect itself from overload and low-load.
9. Anti-phase protection relay
- When power wire is misconnected, the anti-phase protection relay can protect machine from damage.
10. 24-36V low voltage control
- The low voltage control can protect operators from electrical shocks.
